Credit card verification is a security verification process. We will charge your credit card certain amount, usually less than $10. Then you should find and reply us the amount we charged you in order to pass the credit card verification. We might also request more documents from you for credit card verification.
According to the company policy, we may ask you pay your shipping fee through other methods, such as bank transfer or Western Union, if shipping fee exceeds certain amount.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE THE SHIPMENT
The dimensional weight of a shipment, also known as volumetric weight, is a calculation that reflects the density of a package.
Express: Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of each package in inches and dividing the total by 139 besides shipments within the U.S., and shipments between within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Ground: Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of each package in inches and dividing the total by 166 for shipments within the U.S.

We bill our customers based upon chargeable weight, which is the greater between actual weight and dimensional weight.
Oversize fee applies shipment when any piece has a single dimension in excess of 120cm/47 inches, or when any pallet has a base dimension in excess of 120cm/47 inches.
Overweight fee applies to shipment when any piece in a shipment has a scale weight in excess of 160 lbs. (70kgs).
Remote area fee is the surcharge applies to shipments when the delivery destination or pick up location is remote. Please refer to

If the value of your package exceeds $100, we recommend that you should buy insurance to protect your items from potential lost or damage.
The Electronic Export Information (EEI) number is required by the Department of Commerce of the United States. The EEI must be filed with shipments from the U.S., Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands to foreign destinations; between the U.S. and Puerto Rico; and from the U.S. or Puerto Rico to the U.S. Virgin Islands, if any of the following applies:

Shipment of merchandise under the same Schedule B commodity number is valued at more than US$2,500 and is sent from the same exporter to the same recipient on the same day. (Note: Shipments to Canada from the U.S. are exempt from this requirement.)

Waybill number, known as tracking number, is the unique number to track your packages.
The Commercial Invoice is the official transaction record between an exporter and importer, and it is required for International shipments. (Maybe need add what information will show in the commercial invoice, customer need provide these information for us to create the shipping documents correctly)
A Certificate of Origin (often abbreviated to CO or COO) is a document used in international trade. It traditionally states from what country the shipped goods originate, but "originate" in a CO means what country the goods are made but not the goods are shipped from.

CLAIM
Yes, you can claim your loss within 30 days after your package is shipped.
Yes, you can claim your loss within three business days when you receive your package. Please keep all evidences with respect to the damage of the package, such as original receipt, picture of damaged items, and so on.
Yes, you may claim overcharge within 15 business days after you receive our invoice, and you're responsible for proving the actual size of the package, such as taking a picture before shipping it.
If you did not buy insurance, we are responsible for your loss based on the declared value, maximum $100.
If you bought insurance, the company will assist you to claim your loss from the carrier company. Meantime, the burden of proof rests on the customer alone and the company cannot guarantee processing time and finally compensating amount.
SHIPMENT
All international carriers base their shipping rates on the greater of Actual Weight and Dimensional Weight. Actual Weight is the weight of the package when put on a scale. Dimensional Weight is based on the size of the package. Large items that have a small Actual Weight, like pillows and lamp shades, will have a larger Dimensional Weight.
Dimensional Weight
To determine if dimensional weight applies to your package, followthese steps:
- Dimensional weight is calculatedby multiplying length by width by height of each package.
- Divide the cubic size by 139 (if measured in inches) or by 5,000(if measured in centimeters),rounding up to the nearest whole pound.This is the dimensional weight of your package.
- Compare this number with the actual weight of your package.Price your shipment based on the greater of the two values.
Algorithms:
Dimensional Weight (lb) = (L*W*H)/139(inch)
Dimensional Weight (kg) = (L*W*H)/5000(inch)

Our warehouse will process your shipping order as soon as get your shipping order in working time.
We provide door to door air express service. The transit time for express shipments is typically 2-4 days.
For express shipments, our primary couriers are DHL and FedEx. Our system will select the most economical courier

We also offer USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) and USPS Priority Mail Service.
We will always try to consolidate your items into one box as your instruction.
Our shipping rates (per pound) decrease as the box weight increases so it is almost always to your benefit to have one large box sent instead of several small boxes. We will not charge you any consolidation handling fee for the first two packages for each shipment. For additional packages in each shipment, we will charge you $2/package.

Please ensure that any items you ship are allowed into your country before you ship the item. AIEus will not be responsible for items that are delayed, confiscated, or produce excessive duties due to customs regulations or customs difficulties. You may also check the web sites of DHL, FEDEX and the USPS or check with your local customs office. Please note that most carriers won't accept expensive jewelry for shipping or insurance.
We provide free insurance up to $100 declared value. If your item value is over $100, you can purchase insurance to protect the value of your shipment. Relevant fee is $2 for each additional $100 declared value. For example, if the item value is $300, we charge $4 insurance fee. Insurance service is not available for USPS shipments.
Actually, if there is any damage or missing of your package, we will help our customer claim with the carrier. We suggest customer check your package before sign and accept the package. If there's any damage, you can sign with "damaged box/ or missing piece". This might help your further claim with the carrier companies. Usually carriers will refund damaged or missing products at the value you insured or declared in commercial invoice.
Please note AIEus.com cannot guarantee the claim result. All the claim process must follow the claim process of each carrier company.

MAIL SERVICE
Yes, we do offer this service after you provide your completed Form 1583 and two ID (at least one must have picture with it).
We apologize that we cannot receive any mail or package for a company. Please make sure that you did not put any company name on your shipping address.
Yes, we do offer this offer. The service fee is $2 for the first page and $1 for every additional page.
According to the USPS policy and US federal law, you will need to provide a completed form 1583 and 2 ID (at least one must have picture with it). Otherwise, we are illegal to receive your USPS package.
Since USPS is a common carrier that many US retailers will choose for their domestic shipment, your shopping will be more barrier-free if you can provide these necessary documents to us.

A photocopy of your identification may be retained by agent for verification.
PAYMENT
You are always able to make a payment with any method you want. But for your convenience and our security, we strongly recommend you to use your primary payment method.
Please note that if you register with a wire transfer/western union/PayPal as your primary payment method and want to change to use a credit card to make the payment, you have to go through the credit card verification process first.
There are several possible reasons for us to deny a credit card payment:
- Your credit card is not verified. You will need to verify your credit card first.
- Credit card company declined the charge.
For our security and your convenience, we set this process to verify your credit card.
- When a new credit card is submitted, a charge of between US $0.1 and US $9.9 is charged to the card.
- We willrefund same amount to your creditcard after 24 hours.
- We will send you an email to notify the charge and provideinstructions for completing the verification process.Meanwhile, you can see notification in your user dashboard.
- You check yourcredit card online statement or call your credit card bank, and find the verification amount we charged from your credit card.
- After you find how much we charged your credit card. Please access your AIEus.com user dashboard, and enter the amount in "Credit Card Verification" box. Or you can send email with your account number, the verification amount with last four digits of your credit card number.
- Our system confirms the amount entered matches the amount we charged, and approves the credit card for use.
- Please note your credit card will be shown additional handling fees, please make sure the amount you provide to us does not include the handling fee.
- Please note that the amount you enter into our system should be in US dollar instead of your local currency.
You will need to change the currency to US dollars and then enter the amount into the system. Please do not enter the amount in your local currency.
AIEUS allow you to deposit credits in your account. Next time if you need to make any payment, we could charge yourcredits directly. You do not need to wait several days for us to accept your payment again and again. Moreover, we are offering a promotion to credit deposit.
For each Wire Transfer payment, we will charge you $15 handling fee. Please make sure that you have transferred additional $15 to us in each Wire Transfer payment to let us accept your payment.
For other kind of payments, we do not charge you any handling fee.
For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the card code is the last 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line. For an American Express card, it is the 4 digits on the FRONT above the end of your card number.
Note that the conformation number in this systems means:
- Western Union: Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
- PayPal: Unique Transaction ID
- Wire Transfer: Confirmation Number or Receipt Number (this may vary with different banks)
