AIE Inc is a registered commercial company and is subject to federal laws and regulations regarding commercial mail receiving and forwarding.

Customer shall maintain the security and confidentiality of the login ID and password.Customer may change password or any other account information at any time by login customer's account at is responsible for all directions, orders, notifications, expenses incurred or other actions that may occur through use of the Customer's account. Customer must immediately alert of any fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal or suspicious use of the Service or any other breach of security or unauthorized or illegal activity that is reasonably suspected by Customer.

Customer shall pay the setup fee to activate the account and use service.Customer acknowledges that it has been provided with a schedule detailing the subscription fees and all other fees applicable to all Service Plans offered by and available to Customer. Customer agrees to pay all setup fees, monthly fees, shipping fees and other charges incurred for the Service Plan chosen by Customer and/or for all Service provided.
  2. If pay by credit card, customer agrees to provide correct credit card information for verification and payment. Customer authorizes to charge his/her credit card for setup up fee, account fee, shipping and handling charges, and charges for any Additional / Optional Services selected by the Member. Customer authorizes and acknowledges can keep his/her credit card information in database.
  3. keeps the right to ask customer to save certain amount of security deposit. Once the account is cancelled, the deposit might be used for returning packages or all other due payments of the account. The rest of deposit will be returned in 45 business days after the account is cancelled.

  2. Standard customer can request to change the membership to Premium or Business Class Service. Customer needs to pay the difference of setup fee and the account monthly fee toactivate the new service plan. Customer can also pay thelifetime membership fee to use the new service without setup fee and monthly account fee. Standard customercanterminate his/her membership with Standard Service (Pay per Use Service) any time by written notice.
  3. The minimal service period formonthly Premium and Business Class membership is 3 months. After the 3rd month, customer can request to change the membership to Standard Service or terminate the membership any time after 3 months by written notice. The monthly membership setup fee and account monthly fee is not refundable.
  4. Monthly Premium or Business Class Customer agrees to pay the account fee every month. Customer agrees and acknowledges that may change customer's membership to standard service if customer does not pay the account fee 30 days after due time.
  5. Lifetime Premium or Business Class customer can change or cancel the membership in 30 days after registered. Customer will be charged monthly membership setup fee and the 1st month account fee. The rest of lifetime membership fee will be refunded within 30 business days.
  6. Customer agrees and acknowledges that may at its sole option cancel the membership and terminates this Terms of Service for any reason at any time by notice. Such notice may be provided in written, e-mail or other electronic form. Notwithstanding the above, may terminate this Terms of Service immediately for good cause. Good cause shall include but is not limited to:
    • The Customer's volume of mail, packages and/or parcels is excessive and unreasonable;
    • The Customer's behavior towards employees or towards other Customers is offensive, abusive, violent, threatening or disruptive;
    • The Customer fails to cooperate with any request for information by a local, state or federal agency or by USPS representatives or postal inspectors;
    • The Customer fails to provide or is unable to validate correct and accurate contact and personal information of Customer as requested by
    • The Customer fails to cooperate or provide information in connections with any investigation undertaken by a local, state or federal agency; or
    • The Customer violates any provision of this Terms of Service or any other terms and conditions posted by

Customer agrees and acknowledges that once account is cancelled or terminated, customer cannot use services anymore. shall not be responsible for any customer's package, mails or parcels mailed or delivered to has the right to return all packages/mail to the senders and/or discard the items.Customer acknowledges that due to postal regulations the USPS will not process a Change of Address upon termination of this Terms of Service. Customer agrees that it will notify all persons of the change of address upon the termination.

Customer agrees that the use of Service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to all U.S. postal regulations, and all regulations set forth by foreign jurisdictions through which you are shipping. Customer agrees not to use the Service for illegal purposes or to ship hazardous or dangerous materials. Customer shall only use the Service for the reception of mail, packages or parcels, and for other services as may be purchased from Customer agrees and acknowledges that it will not use or permit the Mailbox or Service to be used for any other purpose. Use of the Mailbox for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership to the Customer.

Customer agrees to provide documents to ensure against fraudinclude but is not limited to: copies of identification and credit cards, purchase evidence, order confirmation etc. Customer also agree to not use of the service for multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, receiving checks and/money orders, and other business practices easily subject to abuse.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that cooperates with all local, state and federal agencies and will share any and all information about the Customer and use of the Mailbox or Service with such agencies and all USPS postal representatives and postal inspectors upon request. The Customer further acknowledges and agrees that may share any and all information about the Customer and use of the Mailbox or Service with any third party upon being presented with a civil or criminal subpoena Customer specifically indemnifies and holds harmless from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses or causes of actions arising from the release of information regarding the Customer or the Customer's use of the Mailbox to any person, or local, state or federal agency or to the USPS.

If any account is suspected for illegal or fraud use, may proceed to immediately terminate this Terms of Service and reserves the right to hold all packages of that account up to 3 months.After 3 months, reserves the right to return these packages and charge the return fee, or destroy these packages.

Nor will ship to any person or entity that is directly or indirectly involved in the financing, commission or support of terrorist activities or in the development or production of nuclear, chemical, biological weapons or in missile technology programs as specified in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 CRF 744).

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that has no responsibility or liability for mail, packages or parcels that are not properly addressed according to USPS specifications or this Terms of Service. Customer further acknowledges that may return to sender or discard any mail that is received at such mailing address but is addressed to a name not previously registered with or is addressed to a name that has not completed the requirements set forth by to verify the identity of such name, or is addressed to a name for which has not received a properly executed form 1583 and two forms of identification.

  3. In order to avoid being an unwitting party to fraud or other illegal activities, shall suspect any package of containing any illicit, dangerous or stolen items, may inspect such package. Furthermore, if receives allegations or complaints from any third party that the Customer may be using the Service in any improper, illegal, or fraudulent manner as determined by, may at its sole discretion proceed to immediately terminate this Terms of Service. In such case, any items received or remaining in the Customer's mailbox as of and after termination, are subject to be returned, discarded, destroyed or otherwise disposed of at sole discretion.

After the free period, will charge a fee of $0.05 per pound a day for storage (minimal $5 after 30 days of free storage).The maximal storage is up to 90 days. After 90 days, reserves the right to destroy or otherwise dispose of such packages without incurring any liability to you or any other party whatsoever.

There is NO hidden charge in our rates. reserves the right to change the shipping rate any time.The weight used in calculating shipping charges is the greater one of actual and dimensional weight of customer's package. The chargeable weight is calculated in increments of 1 pound.


  1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the shipping service does not include customs taxes or fees, and that is not a custom agent or broker. Customeris solely responsible for the export and import of his/her packages and shipments. Customer is also solely responsible for the payment of any and all customs, duties, tariffs, taxes or other charges or fees of any nature relating to the shipment of mail and/or packages to the customer.

Customer represents and warrants that the Customer is the end user of any and all merchandise that the Customer requests shipped to Customer's address and that any and all merchandise Customer requests shipments will be used in the country that the Customer requests shipment to and that Customer will not re-export to a different destination.


  1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that has no responsibility or obligation to insure any mail or shipments sent to the Customer. Customer shall authorize FREE or additional insurance before the shipment. Insurance costs for merchandise shipments are based on the insured provide FREE insurance up to $100. Customershall request additional insurance coverage for his/her shipment by paying additional insurance coverage fee in advance. Each additional $100 of insured value costs $2 USD. Customer agrees that does not insure nor process claims of any kind for USPS shipments.And in no event shall's aggregate liability exceed $100 per shipment.

Claims are considered filed when fully claim information and evidences, includes not limited to: photographs and receipts, are received by Claims are reviewed individually by relevant carrier companies. Customer acknowledges and agrees that cannot guarantee the finial claim result.The finial claim decision will be made by Carrier Company, and the claim payment is up to the insurance value and is subject to the terms and conditions of the particular carrier company. Specific commodities have limits of liability in case of loss or damage including televisions, computers, electronics, jewelry, figurines, furniture and lighting regardless of Declared Value or Insurance paid. Claim liability for damage is limited to the lesser or either Declared Value, Proof of Purchase or Specific commodity liability limit. Claim liability for damage to items prepackaged by manufacturer will be limited, including all such commodity groups listed above. Failure to file a completed claim within the carrier time limit will invalidate the claim.

Customer agrees that the service is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties (whether expressed or implied). does not represent or warrant that the service will meet any of customer's expectations or requirements nor that the service is provided securely or without errors service is provided on a "as available" basis and make no warranties that the service will be timely, available at all times or for a particular period of time without interruptions. Customer use and operation of the service or web pages is at customer's sole discretion and risk.

Customer agrees and acknowledges that the total amount of liability of, if any, for any and all claims, causes of action, damages, losses or judgments arising out of or related to this Terms of Service shall not exceed $100 without regard of the nature of the claim, losses or damages incurred. shall not be liable for any other loss, claim, damage or injury arising out of, related to, or in any connected with this Terms of Service or the provision of any services pursuant to this Terms of Service. All implied warranties, including warranties of fitness, merchantability or otherwise are disclaimed. All special incidentals, consequential or exemplary damages arising from this Terms of Service or the service are hereby excluding, to the full extent permitted by New York law. In no event and under no circumstances shall be liable to customer for any special, incidentals, consequential or exemplary damages whatsoever.

Customer agrees that it will remain liable for and indemnify, defend and hold harmless and its shareholders, officers, directors, agents, partners, employees and independent contractors, at all times from the date hereof forward, from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, awards, liabilities, losses (including consequential losses), judgments, penalties, interest, fines, expenses, and/or other costs (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising by reason of the execution hereof or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, including without limitation those arising from or relating to:
    • any negligent action or omission of Customer or any of the Customer's employees, contractors, agents or any other person acting under Customer's supervision or control prior to, as of, or following the date hereof;
    • any inaccuracy or breach of any representation or warranty made by Customer in this Terms of Service or any other document or instrument executed or delivered by Customer in connection with this Terms of Service or any breach or non-performance of any covenant or agreement made by Company in this Terms of Service or any other document or instrument made by Customer in connection with this Terms of Service;
    •'s preparation, determination or execution of the documents (including international air waybills) or any other document necessary for transportation, including, but not limited to shipment addressing, routing, classification, and value of goods/documents and value for carriage, except for claims arising solely from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of;
    • Customer providing to any information or documents, including without limitation any inaccurate or false information or documents;
    • Customer failure to comply with the terms hereof or any U.S. or other jurisdiction's law applicable to the exportation or importation (into the destination country) of such shipments.
Customer acknowledges that the foregoing provisions are a material inducement to to and enter into this Terms of Service and the transactions contemplated hereby, and shall survive termination of this Terms of Service.


  1. This Terms of Service shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to the conflicts of law's provisions thereof. Any action to enforce this Terms of Service or any action arising from this Terms of Service, the Service, the Mailbox or the relationship created between the Customer and by this Terms of Service shall be brought in the state or federal courts of New York, NY. The Customer consents and stipulates to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts in and for New York, NY, USA as to any and all lawsuits or causes action arising from this Terms of Service, the Service, the Mailbox or the relationship between Customer and created by this Terms of Service. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is establishing minimum contacts with the state of New York for purposes of asserting personal jurisdiction over the Customer for any claims arising from this Terms of Service, the Service, the Mailbox or the relationship created between the Customer and by this Terms of Service.
  2. If the case that any provision of this Terms of Service shall be deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be considered deleted from this Terms of Service, but all other provisions of this Terms of Service and the remaining portion of any provision which is deemed to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in part shall continue in full force and effect.
  3. If any party to this Terms of Service fails to enforce any provision of this Terms of Service, or fails to exercise any right at any time , such failure not operate as a waiver thereof.
